Handmade Processing Time

Each piece of jewelry is carefully handmade to order. Because our designs involve detailed craftsmanship and finishing, please allow:

Processing Time: 3-5 weeks

This time includes designing, handcrafting, stone setting, polishing, quality inspection, and packaging.

We appreciate your patience while we create a unique piece made especially for you.

Shipping Time

After your order has been completed and shipped:

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Express Shipping Upgrade

Need your order sooner?

We offer an express shipping upgrade for an additional:

+$20 USD

Express shipping reduces the transit time after production is completed. Please note that express shipping does not shorten the handmade production time unless confirmed with us before ordering.

If you have a specific event date (wedding, anniversary, birthday, etc.), please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or carrier issues.
